Be available throughout the day and evening to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Supervise the set-up of the venue.
Being available throughout the day / evening to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Communicate with vendors on your behalf.
Consultation as to the menu or buffet and calculating the amount of alcohol needed.
