Free Consultation - Your consultation is free of charge with absolutely no obligation. Once we’ve met and discussed your options, I'll send you a proposal for your big day, including some design details for your theme or style (all based around your own ideas, desires and personality), the approximate cost of your wedding, and the fee to book Chic and Unique, should you decide to go ahead and use my services. 

 

 

       On the Day Co-ordination - Silver

                                                                                                                                         

Meet approximately 4 weeks prior your wedding for a detailed consultation. 

 
I will draw up a detailed schedule for your approval, outlining the running order and timings and the duties you need me to oversee for the day. 
 
I can also recieve deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers etc).
I will supervise and communicate with the vendors throughout the reception.
 
Once the first dance has finished I will be on my way and let you enjoy the nights entertainment as newly weds (I can stay for the entire night if needed at an extra cost)
 
             Any sourcing of vendors needed please see additional extra's for individual prices. (Max.2)

Partial Planning and Coordination - Gold
 

 

Personal wedding day countdown detailing what needs to be done and when.
 
Oversee the final arrangements for you, carrying out necessary administrative tasks and liaising with all suppliers to confirm your requirements. 
Develop a wedding day itenery outlining the running order and the duties you need me to oversee for the day.
 
Make sure everyone has directions to the venue, gather emergency contact details and make any travel or dietary arrangements on your guests' behalf. 
 
Unlimited e-mail and advice so that you, your bridal party and your guests have an expert to call upon at any time for information, assistance or reassurance.
 
Morning co-ordination to make sure everything is ready for your big day.
One day shopping spree.
 
This package also includes searching 2 suppliers maximum. Any additional suppliers needed will be charged at a different rate. (Please see additional extra's - Max 2 Extra)

Full Planning and Design - Platinum

 
I offer a complete planning and design service, which will ensure that you get the wedding you have dreamed about – without the task of organising it!
 
Consultation:
Initial consultation.
Create a proposal encompassing your aspirations, ideas and budget.
 
After accepting the proposal I will then create an inspiration board of colours, fabrics, textures and images to illustrate the look of your wedding. 
 
Source the suppliers, accessories and any little extras that will allow us to envision your day - 5 Vendors Max - (Please see additional extra's) 
 
Planning:
I will remain in contact with both yourselves and your chosen suppliers, with regular phone calls and e-mail updates.
 
Unlimited e-mail support to you and your bridal party, and once the invitations have gone out I can also act as a point of contact for guests.
 
Undertake all the administrative duties your wedding creates, and, if required, I can also manage the sending of invitations and the collating of RSVPs.
 
Attend the consultation as to the reception menu, estimate the amount of alcohol needed and draw up a wedding day itenery.
 
Receive deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers etc)
Hen and Stag parties and bridal showers can also be organised if required at a discounted price.
Two shopping days.
 
 
On the Day:
On your wedding day itself I will be on hand constantly to ensure that the planning is shownnthrough venue décor and supplier supervision.
 
Every detail will be taken care of to create the stunning look you wanted and to ensure that your day is perfect.
 
Supervise the set up of the ceremony and the reception and will assist your guests in anyway possible.
 
 
After the Event:
I can ensure that all hired items are returned, arrange transport to and from the airport, send your bouquet to be preserved and your dress to be cleaned.
 
I can also organise your thank you cards and send cake to absent guests.
